I saw that phantom low. I wonder when those phantom trades pop up if it is actually collusion by the market markers to signal where they want to take the price action.
Isn't that the bigger players trading among themselves. Calling each other on the phone, with the conversation something like, you want me to take your shares off your hands, I need a discount. So it really doesn't go through the exchanges and us little guy can't get in on it, but it does get posted.
