ah the question of the day. everybody keeps on talking about urs like they are an integral part of the business plan, but no one has ever produced a PO amount or any proof. I think all that has happenbed is that JBII has approached them, which mneans diddly squat. URS probably gets lots of calls like that... means nothing.
