Fwiw, very few brokers take certs nowadays on OTC stocks...one more reason to get uplisted to Nasdaq as soon as possible....z

The CEO assured PIPE investors that it would be no problem selling their shares as soon as the restriction period was over.

If he was wrong I can't imagine him ever finding more PIPE investors, and another reason for the $4 PIPE investors to have a misrepresentation case depending how that plays out in 2 weeks.

And I may be wrong about the new certs being issued without the restriction.

I haven't been through that process in the last year so it may have changed.
