I agree with you 100% iNVAR....If Ares refuses/changes his story when you ask to record him then there is a serious problem with this picture

I also agree with rocco2 & Bobwins that he shouldn't be telling non PR'd info to individual investors calling him, however he seems from the posts here to already being doing that on a quite frequent basis

It'd be one thing if everyone called and he spouted off standard PR garbage...but that doesn't appear to be the case here.....He seems to be telling people big things are coming blah blah....So everyone claims

hey i have called him to, and he answers the phone every time, but his job is to sooth the investor in this hard patch. but he can not /or will not tell us anything substancial, he could be liable, and that is what got this co. in trouble to begin with. i am still long with a sizable position. i am going to wait to see this thing threw.

to tell you the truth if i was him i wouldnt want to be recorded either even if i was telling the truth

and any one that says they would be ok with it, doesnt know about cooperate law , thats one thing any and all companies frown upon unless they have a lawyer present

just for the fact that they can be misinterpurtted in many many ways

if one single thing is off then the person can take action against the company. thats why from a legal stand point they wont do even if they are speaking the truth, because so many things can change in 2 weeks, and what was said today ( which might be true) might not be in 2 weeks.

thats why written PR's are only released when they know for sure something is going to happen or has a very very small chance of changing
