Sorry to hear about. I feel your pain. Been there before in some awful Pinks which put the R/S news out on a Friday after trading hours.

From Pinksheets, I notice that the R/S was in Nov 09. Don't think they are allowed to do another R/S this year, so that's good news for us.

Hope you will recoup your loss in some other stocks.... if not this one when it runs hard.... wishful thinking!
