What does a row of red candles each one lower than the one before mean?

You can't be really be serious. When you can paint a stock up or down 10-30% with a 4000 share $100.00 trade at the end of each day the chart is meaningless. TA is designed to measure investor emotion not who wins the who gets to put the lipstick on the pig contest at 4PM every day.
