It would be better if MHead was clueless. The alternative for you is worse. What Captain Xray can see about what has gone on to this point is as obvious as the wart on the end of your nose. Don't forget MHead has been involved for over a year now in one form or another, mostly what appears to be promoting the agenda of the sharks you have now finally come to know and love.
I told you all along the stock distibutions were being used as carrots on a stick. That they were going to issue you shares in private companies that would probably never trade. Which was on the way to happening until they did an about face with this preferred share announcement. (which is a new twist I haven't seen before.)And I think I know why this is being done.
But now regarding preferred shares. The Company (MYFT) intends to authorize a new series of preferred stock (until they are authorized you won't know all the details.) But you won't be able to sell them and what you will receive for them is probably going to be junk shares from a shell company.
NOW since you all agree that the Morgan chapter is closed (I don't) let's see MHead produce the now long list of proMISES & projections in an audited & fully disclosed manner. ( I doubt it)
