August 1st - April 30 is year end, with more or less automatic extension to Aug 15th if necessary.

The Y/E report and the 4th Q report has 90 days to report. I put that at 8/1/10. They ALWAYS are late and ask for an extention.

Watch out, as we have seen, for a company that can not get anything done on time. I have told you how lazy they are and don't work half the time.

Apple, Microsoft, Ford. They can file on time but not little DKAM. NEVER, NEVER has!
