hey everyone. could anyone help me in understanding the difference between what pros would call a pump and dump(like this is looking to be) verses the great possibilities that it is re-consolidating for another short burst of a run up? What sets this one apart? I hope that what I am asking is clear, if not I will try rewording. Thanks ahead for your assistance to teaching a newbie.
