No. I don't think that's right.

They have 750k 'surplus' left over to successfully CLOSE on the acquisition. That doesn't mean they'll have a 750k surplus AFTER they close. The acquisition is 1.7 million. They'll be 950k short.

This isn't a big deal. This is still great news. I'm not worried about it.
