That's precisely my point - "its a fully reporting company". They report quartly/yearly earnings through the SEC. While you and I trust (and use) $oldier's information, others might need something a little more concrete. It's a mute point. We know good things are happening for Doral and the cloud of bankruptcy is gone. It's just a matter of how fast they're going to recover and get things rolling. The quartly reflecting progress will be gold... literally. Until then... we could flop around. No worries if your in it for the long term.

Just got off the phone with the CEO. Per previous Press Releases there is surplus cash available after yesterdays $10,000,000.00 closing of the Hanson property to complete the pending acquisition of the 6800 acres within the Permian Basin.
