yup! they dont want the examiner appointed and they dont want the shareholders meeting.
So its all on the debtors,jpmc, and the fdic to strike a deal in the next 3 weeks or else the ec can say that negotiations have broken down and not all the docs were turned over.
We have the upper hand now make no mistake about that. The mm's will continue to play games and i will continue to take advantage.
I am actually glad because it will give us true longs and not the flippers time to keep adding over time.
So in short. either we get a real settlement to stop the examiner form being appointed or they lose big time.
