If you check out all of London's earlier posts, you can see what he's scheming for. He wants to scare as many people out as he can so he can buy in at 17. He's starting to show a pattern which could be interpreted as trying to manipulate the pps.

That's my conclusion as to what london is trying to do here. Charts or no charts.
