TADF float is at 749 million rest of O/S is restricted shares so not counted in float, so pps can rise very quickly even on light volume.
Alot of people buy stocks after they hit bottom, especially those that have had really impressive runs.
After TADF consolidates enough at each rise in pps that new level will hold.
