[Another Porky Podolski Pitiful Pathetic Piss Poor Putrefying PR Pump BS. This is all a ploy to extend Porky's Paycheck. One gets the feeling that Porky has overextended himself with debt and will use the little time left to empty the coffers as much as possible. Porky's POS struck an All-Time low today - $0.43. If anyone is holding in the hope for a jump, the chances are probably close to zero.]

THE WOODLANDS, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Repros Therapeutics Inc. (NasdaqGM: RPRX - News) received notification from NASDAQ that it has granted the Company the opportunity for an oral hearing to plead its case for an extension of time before delisting associated with the $1 share price requirement per NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The hearing is scheduled for July 22, 2010.

Repros is required to submit its plan to NASDAQ supporting its appeal for additional time to regain compliance by July 2, 2010. The Company’s Board of Directors and its management [Again, this means Porky alone. The BOD is a joke. If they even did a minimal degree of fiduciary responsibility, Porky's Paycheck would be far less.] is appealing the NASDAQ ruling in order to allow adequate time for the FDA to respond to the Company’s pending submissions for its Androxal® drug candidate. [How much time has past already?] The Company believes that a positive FDA response for its Androxal hypogonadism program will result in an increase in the market cap of the Company and hence its share price. [Dreaming!!! Porky expects the share price to more than double, 100+%, after Androxal news. What is in Porky's Pipe?] There can be no assurance that the FDA will give a positive response or that NASDAQ will grant Repros sufficient time for the FDA to finish its deliberations.
