If you have level II it easy to see Nite controls the daily
movement of KAT.

Nite's trades need to be investigated by the SEC

But there is more of a chance of KATX hitting $100.00
than the SEC actually doing their job. I wonder if the
SEC has their own health club and golf course.

Watching porn all day must get boaring.

The staff of the SEC could be cut by 99% and we would
see no change in their work or lack of work.

Continued speaking about "shorts""

If the MMs or any body else is shorting KATX and continues to do so until the RM into KATC---

---an RM with a new CUSIP on 1:1 ratio ----all shares are called in to be replaced---therefore all borrowed shares must be returned to be turned in for re-issue as KATC---as the old KATX will cesase to exist

Unless the short position is in excess of several million , there will only be a small ripple due to the covering buy-in--and the MMs will have plenty of lead time--
