I think you are right on with regard to determining the real focus of the company and who the real players are. It is my belief, and of course the belief of most who currently have ownership of shares, that this company is planning to develop quickly its separation of slop oil business as per the mission statement. But who gains the most and what are the real objectives relative to acquisitions planned, what are the acquisitions planned, and who benefits immediately and in the future the most among the major shareholders.
And now after such a long period of promised updates and less than expected to support hopes, maybe the financials will not reveal the brightness of future hoped for (I still maintain hope on the Harbinger report). So with the waning of trust, independent varification of data the promised information might be appropriate.
One of the tasks that one might try to accomplish (and maybe you have already) is to varify that filings have actually been accomplished leading to reporting status. That in itself could lead to some positive interpretation---And perhaps interaction directly with the receiving agency will reveal a typical time frame. this also could lead to varification of the Company's status and brightness or otherwise of its future.
I continue to hold my shares, but like everyone else, would appreciate continued fortification for the tigtness of my grip.
