MWM's description is exactly will happen to FCRZ, which is why I'm still curious as to why people think this still has life.

On 6/29, I fully expect each share of FCRZ that I hold to be worth .0001

Would love to be wrong, but this is the only outcome that I can see happening.

Isn't keeping up with the Nevada SOS good enough to keep it from being delisted? I'm still surprised about FCRZ getting delisted. I have talked to David several times and he seemed certain that this shell is going to be used one way or the other. It just doesn't make any sense. Why would he own over 83% of the OS and not sell any shares if he knew that there was no r/m coming or if he knew the shell would never be used?
I'm hoping that he will give the SEC the necessary paperwork to keep FCRZ trading on the pinks.
