Still the fact of the matter is, it says they would be issued by mid-June. Now what is the definition of "issued?" Does this mean the Chinese government is making documents by that date or does it mean CCTI will have documents in hand and release a PR by that date? Those are two different things. One has to notice they didn't release the update PR and post a pre-dated document on the same day for kicks and giggles. Case in point, we're not going to see any big PR until the offically issued final approval document can be posted on their website and that's not going to be this week in my opinion.
Sorry about that. I was looking at the other release. I just didn't want you counting on mid June since I'm sure you have seen how our CEO is with meeting dates.
I don't completely blame him though. I'm sure that the Chinese government isn't the easiest to work with. Even a deal with the U.S. government would have a lot of setbacks. Government bureaucracies are slow moving.
