I have posted it also, it is not negative and has not done anything to change the current PPS and float and O/S etc. You think it may someday in the future well think as you wish, I am long and feeling better and better by the da being long here. Remember they had to have a huge A/S structure just incase they did not win the lawsuit, it played out well for them thus the reduction in the A/S and O/S, if some day something similar were to happen perhaps they would want to be able to protect themselves. Nothing has changed in the last month. I hope you gain a better more positive perspective on things. Also note the part they have issued in the last PR they are using all cash now and have no intentions on selling 1 share.
