Goccia mater are serious. I find by clear and convincing evidence that
Respondent improperly depleted his trust account, failed to keep
adequate records, cause his trust account to be out of trust by having
a negative balance which led to check’s being returned for
insufficient funds and took money from the Adam Goccia account for his
personal use."

"As to these Counts I find that Respondent violated Rule 1:21-6.
Respondent knowingly misappropriated funds from the Goccia escrow
account in violation of R.P.C. 1:15(c) and violated R.P.C. 1.15(d)
record keeping.
I find that Respondent engaged in a pattern of fraud, deceit and
dishonesty in violation of R.P.C. 8.4(c)."

"I believe that the mandate of In Re Wilson applies and recommend
that Respondent be disbarred."
