Wow.. that is so F'd up. $20,000 was left in an escrow account for Ken's client. Ken took out most of the money and then got a written statement with his client's signature asking permission to borrow 10,000 dollars in which he would pay a fee of $500 that day. He paid the $500 fee with his clients own money !!! LoL !!! That is so jacked up.
9. Unbeknownst to Goccia, respondent paid the $500 fee from the
escrowed funds, as evidenced by check no. 1954 in the amount of $500,
dated July 13, 1998. The check contains the notation “Goccia (500
Extra Fee).” Exhibit 1 & 14.
