Did you happen to notice the last part of the sentence, yet?

It doesn't say ANYTHING about running, or Intel supporting tools to enable running or porting, Windows apps to Meego or Google OSs.

This single piece of vague marketing fluff constitutes 100% of your "proof". Exactly where is the Intel software development ecosystem (that lets you easily port Windows apps to Linux-based systems) you think it alludes to?
