We are 14 days away from Fedor's fight and the "expected" app has no news. OH but we have a relationship with an undisclosed modeling agency. Klamka is like a catfish. He can live out of water for long periods while investors get sucked in with well chosen words.
Cephas is dead and Klamka has already jumped ship by reinventing Coldgin with similar attributes, meanwhile he dangles carrots for the naive and greedy. Yes dilution is happening, right before your eyes but the investors who promote Cephas are blinded by their greed or are just plain promoters, trying to salvage what little they have left by promoting with disconnected logic to get people to buy, so they can sell.
Fedor's fight, is days away and nothing from Cephas. If the app was close to being ready, he would be promoting by now, TO MAKE MONEY. He will miss the boat like he did with other Fedor promtions and fight.
Denner trial for what is now, over 300K is coming up in about a month or so.

Where will the money come from when Klamka loses? The company is flat broke and at last word is relying on advertisers for those broken apps that he has out there. How many more people have gotten in line for money, that offered services on Consignment to build those apps.
How much is Fedor's take and will he get his money ahead of Klamka? I doubt it, when you consider that Klamka has pimped the likes of Michael Jordan and Claudis Schiffer.
There's lots to worry about with Cephas and promoting lotto tickets doesn't create much confidence amongst potential investors, in fact it does quite the opposite which is reflected in the 14 year, steady, VERY STEADY decline of the PPS. Yes, HISTORY speaks loudly about Cephas' credibility, which like the current PPS is all but zero.
