Can you please explain to me why this isn't done?

Maybe I'm out of line in my thinking, but I believe our FCRZ shares are completely worthless at this point and have next to no chance of ever being worth a thing.

I'd love to hear some good news today. So if you could please educate me on why FCRZ still has life I'd appreciate it.

And I'd be shocked if anyone actually gets in touch with David, but if they do, I'm sure many people here are curious as to what he has to say.

vinny, my answer: this is disppointing SEC action, but not surprising at all.Since few months they halt few secuties each day for same reason.
Of course, when trading will start again (2 weeks),there will be imho a little sell-off from impatient and scaried shareholders.But if Mr.Fesko put out a nice Press release as we are waiting, this would increase the PPs drastically :)
Merger option still on the table.
