The extension is not at all an indicator that the POR might not happen on the 17th. The prior extension expired on the 11th, so the company was forced to file another extension. The Chemtura management will for sure not jeopardize a successful emergence by not filing the proper extension and therefore leaving a hole for creditors to turn this BK around in their favor.
