Thanks Bio/ric/investor911 for this summary and thanks for all who do the deep DD into this company. My one question is, I notice when looking at Katx Claims that Stead family personally bought claims in Rusty Ridge and Clifton areas and are not owned by KATX. Personally good for them. But it makes me wonder if these two properties have the most potential. If I had several properties and with good oppurtunities and I wanted to start a family trust, I might buy some land that gave me the best long term return. Any insights?
