I guess what I am asking if the restricted shares are more than 5 Billion. And if that's so, wouldn't the market cap be astronomically high if it were 5 cents or more? So then, wouldn't they want to find a way of lowering the O/S if we're talking about 6-7 Billion shares? Just saying.
Just for the record, I don't know anything about the share structure other than the float being around 1.3 Billion, more or less. I think the A/S is currently 10 Billion. Ken must lower this at some point IMO.
