If the past is any indicator, there are approx 10 zillion shares auth. with 9.9 zillion outstanding. at the same time last year ther was 1 zillion shares outstanding, with 5 zillion authorized. there was a 2 for 1 split, only for the company though. shareholders didnt see any of those shares. the 10 zillion is about to run dry and the printing presses will start soon after. jmo based on the past.
