The word "basically" means that it's not total or absolute. 99.99% of the US population can't buy it locally anywhere other than some places in Texas, North Carolina or Illinois. All of which happened because shareholders took it upon themselves to help since management is incompetent and incapable.

I've looked in 4 states now for it and nada, zilch. You're right, though. I think it's just a dumb knock off and would only buy it as a novelty, as I have online. It's not worth more than a one time buy.
