interesting, I am also deeply concerned about the shortfalls of the Shazam PR.
1st - Lost credability with Shazam. Lets assume that the majority of current and POTENTIAL new shareholders get the PR and then went to the Shazam website. Although what may seem minor, I feel is a major goof!! ALL could see that SunnComm had NO NEWS since July 2004, AND the 2 companies listed that Golusin was CURRENTLY on the Board of stated they were BOTH publicly traded, If anyone was to perform Due Diligence on either, they would find NOTHING WOULD COME UP!!
Let's say they looked at what seemed to be very impressive forward looking revenue projections, stating PENETRATION with the majors. The next days Universal PR would deflate that as well. THIS IS WHAT WE PAID 87 THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR!? (Oh yeah, paid for by a "THIRD PARTY" - third party paid by SCMI and / or given 100's of thousands or Millions of shares of stock, most likely sold)
2nd - Shazam has NO NAME listed on their site - I HATE IT when stock touters hide behind a vague website. This coming from an area that is certainly not a Financial Mecca nor a Wall Street hotbed - Granger Indiana!!
3rd - What happened to StudioMax?
4th - What is Up with the DIVIDEND!!
