lucky, you are correct. Nothing would prevent them from being part of SPNG the private company. But first they have to make it past the SEC and the FBI charges, and all the lawsuits by the sports teams and the shareholders, etc. etc. It's going to be tough road for M&M.

i do believe that they can force them to resign via their ban from participating in a public company. i don't know about the process of going public to private. my point was that if the company gets its registration revoked and does go private, that there would then be nothing preventing m&m from being involved with the company.

yes I agree, they can force them to resign and when the the mutts get out of prison .. I don't see any reason they can't start selling sponges again - but I really doubt spongetech will still be around
