#4475 RE: Entangled Proton #4460

Brian says his stock is "very affordable", and is making a case for why investors should invest in FDMF. The smallest investor and/or potential investor has every right to be able to research this product to know if its worthy of investment. No one likes smoke screens.

If KC9000 is what everyone says it is then show us goods.

Here are some things to contemplate:

KC9000 is already being sold to companies right? If a patent hasn't been filed, and I haven't seen anything to indicate that it has, then FDMF cannot file a patent on the product at this point in time because they have received consideration for the technology. Once you begin selling your product to the marketplace it is illegal to file a patent on it.

If the "secret sauce" is held in trade secret then that worries me. This day in age no chemical is safe in trade secret. CocaCola and Pepsi got away with it back in the day because the proper technology to analyze products did not exist, and they have subsequently turned into power houses that can crush any competition. If they are selling KC9000 and their protection is "trade secret" then you can guarantee that it has no protection anyways.
