Seven, It will not hit the float for two reasons.
1. Shares have to be registered to trade, the very purpose of issuing un registered is to keep them off the market until the company registers them, thereby keeping control of those shares.
2. It would make no sense for the note holders to accept .0001 pps shares, for their interest bearing notes, then turn around and sell them for the same pps.
They are now holding for the .003 dividend, I don't believe those shares will ever see the market.
I do believe that the company will buy those shares with the asset sale money, they had to stop the bleeding of that 10% interest accumulation.
