They need to get Apple to accept app before it is available for download. Graffiti also needs to OK the finished product before release. These things are being taken care of imo and I expect a PR shortly. Ipad is being wrapped up but trails the Iphone version by a few weeks last I checked. No specific date was stated but June is still the target. I have no reason to think the game will not be released within the 30 day window given.
