I have not been away from word because I have been ill for several decades. I am very fit and can run for more than 5 miles if I feel like it. Now that my investment is much reduced I see less reason to worry that it may all be a baloon that can go practically worthless.
I have a question for you. Why do you think Ken gave away that property for so little instead of KATX drilling it itself?
