You just went full blown retard. Large swathes of the financial industry, from the pink sheets all the way up to the NYSE are rotten to the core. That's not to say they're all crooks but to say they're all very honest people is pushing it a bit.

to issue more stock to raise money is not shorting, and that is a big risk in pinks and commonly done, you should expect it,,,it is not shorting , i believe terminology is being confused...dilution is one think,,shorting another,,,dilution is done all the time,in fact that is the real reason to have a shell and back a corp into the shell, now you have a way to raise money,,problem is ,,,you leave shareholders holding the bag,,so lol,,,expect that because that is the true nature of pinks
