because people say things that are incorrect, no one is shorting evxa, the company issued shares to a pr group who sold, because they needed the money,,maybe they gave some to evxa, maybe not, i don't know, the company reversed whomever they got the shell from out...that was smart on there part but it hurt shareholders...simply people have the story wrong,,truth is maybe this works and maybe not,,,it is pink
