Ok, I am not going to argue the point, I have provided you with several links as reference. Going back and forth here is pointless and benefits no one.
As I stated before, it is not practical to short penny stocks for the average investor, and it is risky. Also most of the brokerage firms Zecco, Trade King, TD Ameritrade, ETRADE, Scottrade, Etc. won't let you short penny stocks because it is just too risky, this does not mean it cannot be done.
