I'm not saying anyone is short. Its impossible to know. I'm just saying it can be done. Here is a perfect example. Thinkorswim will charge you 2.50 per share of stock below $5

Now obviously it would be VERY hard for most people to even consider shorting a penny. Who's really going to pay 2.50 a share to short something that's sub penny? You need a VERY large wallet to do so lol
