There is no way to know 100% if a stock is good or bad. But there are tools to help you and when you use all of them it gives you a better chance of being accurate. (and yes audited financials are one of them) Now have there been scam companies that have gotten through. yes because no system is 100% flawless, but that doesn't mean when you do your DD that you just ignore some research because 1 or 2 companies slipped through the cracks.



For the record i do own a decent amount of shares of tdgi that i will not disclose (because imo it only matters to me and uncle same). So i strongly believe in this company and think it is undervalued, or i would not be here.

Not true.

I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a pinky stock that puts out audited financials. Let alone uses a firm such as Hogan-Taylor.
