I spoke to Mr. Matt from VGPR, he wasn't from Investor relation. When I asked him about moving to the higher stock exchange and PR, he refused to give any date but he said that something will come out very soon as said in the last Press Release and Stockholders update. I also asked him why this SP is going down and concern about shareholders, he said things have been very busy this quarter but they are almost finalizing on it & soon things will be better.
