It's a great idea, but you would not believe how hard it is to set up a bank account in the Cayman Islands. When I moved down here I had to get letters of reference from people at home, a letter from my previous bank, and a bunch of other crap. They are working hard to get rid of the image of Cayman banks as a place for money laundering. :-(
But as a Cayman resident who can set up accounts much easier now, I may set up a second account to hide some of the proceeds from my wife (you know, just in case). :-p
