I went the non compliance route , and moved to Thailand. I get tax breaks (no taxes on my first $80,000.00 plus deduct my $20,000.00 401K contribution for a first $100,000 tax free status), and live on %60 of the cost of living here in the states.I'm playing ball in my court so to speak. If they push me too far , I can put all my money in my wife's name so they can never touch it.The IRS won'tgive my wife a tax payer ID number. My wife , even though we are legally married can't even get a tourist visa to come to the states to meet her inlaws!!!When we asked why we were told that it is because she is Thai. So much for non discrimination against race, creed , or color.
