I will always know more about me than even my parents or wife. Since you have only been present on iHb since 3/08/10, you know very little about me. You can only rely on things I have posted. Many of my ideas and concepts remain in my head. Does anyone really expect me to provide 100 percent disclosure?
I make people laugh everyday. I just returned from a meeting with my team. You know - people laughed when I told them about a "chick flick", Dear John, I saw last weekend. I have always been amazed how often Warren Buffett laughs at himself. It is OK to have fun in business.
Price is a critical component in any plan. The Debtors have based everything on a $10 million investment valued in $20 units. Most plans I have reviewed provide some concept of value.
I am not sure how to responded to the following comment, "you should now be very careful cuz its becoming apparent EI has no idea/opinion what a competing plan would mean to existing equity".

I had actually devised a much more complex plan, which you will never see. I saved a copy for myself.
