I used to own this stock years ago when it was called IPVO. It actually used to make shareholders money as it went from .13 to over 1.00 and the share count used to increase slowly. When did it start to be a big scam, with reverse splits and massive share dillution? Phil Verges used to be considered quite a credible man.
