It is a little confusing. I've heard that Ken Glynn has bought up most of the O.S.? So he now effectively owns SSWC.(8-K affirms this) Is he now going to reverse merge his private company (Kenergy) with SSWC, or is he just going to assimilate it into SSWC operations (I know they no longer operate, but I didn't know what other term to use)? I've probably read all this information somewhere in the last 2 weeks, but with all the posts to peruse it's a bit dizzying. I guess what I'm asking is, is there still a possible R/M on the horizon, or are we mainly looking forward to future business as outlined in P.R.? Not that there's anything wrong with that.
