My understanding is they will use 500 bbl Frac Tanks or possible barges, they'll put the sand, weeds, marsh whatever has been contaminated and circulate through the tank with pumps. Very similar to how a Gun barrel works on a oil lease.
I certainly hope the people hurt get the money from the recaptured Oil and FDMF gets All the KC 9000 sales which could be very Large assuming their chosen.
