If that is the case he knows what the share structure is! You don't take control of a company (even if it is pending) and not know the freaking count of the shares!

That is very strange, I spoke with Ken Glynn today as well. He was able to give me the float info right away.

Float 1.3 Billion which is barely changed from the 2008 numbers.

Also, 8K SEC filing clearly shows Ken Glynn is the only officer and director of SSWC.

Kenneth P. Glynn was elected as Board of Directors member and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Kenneth P. Glynn was appointed President and Secretary of the company.

Bruce Knef resigned from the Board of Directors of the company.
