KathyDoll - This stock has consistently held a market cap of right around $6M.

Not sure if you're aware, but there was a 50% increase in A/S yesterday (filed on June 2nd).

In my opinion this new level is representative of a 1.5B A/S instead of a 1B A/S.

We held .006 w/ 1B A/S = Market Cap of $6M
Now @ .004 w/ 1.5B A/S = Market Cap of $6M

I'm not happy about the SP either, but there is a strong indication to be made that the share restructure is built in, and fundamentally we're at our bottom.
